An organization’s success and depends on its ability to value diversity and realize it´s benefits. When organizations actively estimate their handlings as to diversity issues, develop and implement diversity plans, it is possible to achieve many benefits.
Using a diverse persons in different tasks you can create a greater variety solutions to services. Persons from different backgrounds bring their individual talents, experiences and ideas that changes practises flexible and suitable for many people.

From Equality to Equity
The terms equity and equality are sometimes used in same connection, which can lead to confusion because while these concepts are related, there are also important distinctions between them.
Equity tries to understand and give people what they need in order to achieve equality with others. Equality, in contrast, aims to ensure that everyone gets the same things.
Like equity, equality aims to promote fairness and justice, but it can only work if everyone starts from the same place and needs the same things.
Some ideas to try when you want to treat people in equity way.
Remember each person is unique and need to be meet as an individual. When you encounter a person, do not prejudice.
Learn to listen, not only hear. Give to the person space to tell what the other person really wants. Listen not only the speech, also body language. Ask if you are uncertain!
Flex your routines, when needed.
Remember different cultures and backgrounds. There are many ways to act.
When you find some new ways to act in order to increase equity ore something in routines, which are obstacles, tell about them forward. Think alone or in teams the ways to solve those obstacles.
