LIFE CYCLE METHOD
When you make your lifecycle to the paper writing and drawing, you can find out / remember many already forgotton things you've done in your life time, about which you know how to do and what you want to do again.Life cycle method aims to get new perspectives and understanding of one´s own already lived life. When you set into your life cycle you can feel empowered and it will increase the ability to live in the present moment.
Working with life cycle method is popular, when telling and sharing life stories. Using life cycle method a person passes through his/her life with writings and drawings from childhood to adulthood and through different phases. This raises many kind of memories.
In working life, it is important also to reflect on one´s own past and own motives to work. In the search for motivation the life cycle can help to increase self-esteem and self-awareness. The method build interconnection between professionalism and personal life. The idea is that individual identity and professional work acts on the same basis.
An individual needs a timeline construction in order to understand personal history. In considering this timeline it is possible to find one´s own life areas of expertise, which he/she could use in the work. At the same time new perspectives to your work activities can open up. Using the map you have the opportunity to survey your interests and knowledge about different issues
You can make your vocation map by writing on paper all the kind of things you like to do. e.g writing , discussing, reading, driving a car, tv series, sewing and so on .
Write down only such things , you enjoy for their own sake - not because of salary or which you should like as a worker, wife, mother etc. If it is difficult to find out those doings, you can use helping list . Then give scores to each doing from one to three. Three to those doings, that you can already now do much enough. Two to those actions, which you would like to do more, if only you had more time or money for them. Then one to that you simply can not do enough or at all nowadays. Vocation map tells you, who you really are, what you really wanted to do if no one or nothing restricted your life .
Then you can make a collage in which you put the symbol images of things you want to do. Maybe you want to put big pictures of the things that you cannot do enough. Then you can put the collage to the place where you can look at it every day. It acts as a reminder, and you can find out things that you can do in your job and at the same time carry out your passions.

DRAMA METHODS give knowledge as to you and also others in drama or the viewers about insights on their own personality and their own strengths . When you have courage to jump in drama method, it as a method gives belief in yourself and your possibilities.

In story methods are used participatory working ways. Empathy is practiced by taking different roles. Roles allow get known emotions and practices that are strange to oneself and learn to understand the role character's attitudes and motivations .
The role of the leader is important. The director´s task is to control the situation and take care that it is safe for participants to handle their emotions. It it very important to remember that participants put to training part of themselves and may reveal the sensitive issues and feelings in training .
When choosing methods it is important to consider the different characteristics and requirements of each group .
Particularly important is the demolition of the exercise afterwards. Exercises often evoke thoughts and feelings, about which is important to talk about after the training session with the leader and other participants .
