IDENTITY -
VALUE BELONGS TO EVERYBODY

In order to support identity!
When we say that all members of the work community are equally important and relevant to community existence, should this speech prove too. Also, the fact that "all are equal " needs to be visible in  everyday activities .

Because of the fact that every human being is precious and unique, it is good that all the time active development of a respectful and equal attitude to all members of the community will be created and increased, so that it is possible for everybody to feel  appreciative and supportive treatment from others. This way also  diversity is valuable and everyone feels to be valuable , exactly as is .

VALUABLE NAME

When somebody is asking  "who are you", the answer is usually the name. If the answer is the status or work task,  it feels  like a human being is not on as a person on the spot, but as part of the machinery, and he/ she could easily be replaced by another part.

When we build a community where everyone is seen as an important entity and valuable, it is good to use names. People have a very close relationship to their own name. Human identity is encapsulated with the help of a name person appears as oneself. First name feels to be as one´s own, even if many others have the same name.

Person is known by the name.  Even though the name is not the same as the person, the name is a strong representative of one´s ego. The name is a delicate thing. If the name is said or written wrongly, it may seem very offensive.

NAME DAYS

Name  identity can be strengthened in the community by remembering and congratulating the name days publically for example on information screen.  At the same situation persons can introduce themselves by hobbies and their interests and tasks at work.

MY NAME IS - EXERCISE

Everybody has an unique story about one´s  own name, a pathe to one´s own name , own name identity. It makes good to work with names together.

First name is a very important part of human identity. Names carry the chain of generations , and they have a lot of history involved .When everyone  brings one’s own story and present it also with symbols , it is possible to define oneself. This will strengthen self-awareness and self-confidence .

Exercise can be done by writing, drawing or painting . Why not also even with sounds or drama?.

POETRY POTRAIT

Creating literature together - community art methods for poetry
Come and be words!

POETRY PORTRAITS
Poetry portrait is a poem written usually engaging a person to model as the subject of a poem (as for a painted portrait). It can also be written of places, groups or communities such as school classes, and even of other works of art. Important thing about it that it is not firstly poetry to be read or published, but a happening and encounter taking place between people. It is an experience of being seen and/or heard and of expressing oneself. More:

BLACKOUT POETRY
Blackout poetry is a scrap-book method of creating poetry and literature, fun and accessible for all. It uses as its material old pages of books, magazines or other written materials. These are then painted on, drawn on, cut or at the easiest, ruled out with a marker to highlight selected words that create the poem or written message.
